At Clay Butte Quarter Horses, we breed athletic, willing horses. Our horses are ideal performance prospects for anyone interested in rodeo, ranching, recreational riding, or showing.

Many of our horses are excellent youth prospects, thanks to their willing, even dispositions. In addition to hardiness and breed-type, we also breed for dun, buckskin, and palomino color.
We also offer select stock for sale to breeders looking to add working, performance - oriented dimensions to their breeding programs. Our stock has the blood of Colonel Freckles, Cutter Bill, Cow Gent, Zippo Pine Bar, Three Bars, King, Poco Bueno, King Fritz, Sir Quincy Dan, Sugar Bars, Impressive (HYPP N/N only), and other legendary horses.
